These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers or businesses via our online shop at www.nuckly.de (hereinafter referred to as "Webshop") or via our official Amazon shop at the
Nuckly GmbH, Puschkinstraße 18, 16816 Neuruppin, Germany
(hereinafter “we” or “us”).
Any differing terms and conditions of the customer will not be recognized unless we expressly agree to their validity in writing.

(1) The presentation of products in the webshop or on Amazon does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding product presentation.
(2) By clicking the button "Buy now" or by completing the order process on Amazon you submit a binding offer to purchase the products in the shopping cart.
(3) The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via e-mail or when we dispatch the goods.
(1) All prices are quoted in euros and include statutory VAT.
(2) In addition to the product prices, shipping costs may apply depending on the shipping method.
(3) Payment is made via the payment methods specified in the webshop or on Amazon:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
(4) The invoice amount is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
(1) We deliver within Germany, Austria, Switzerland and, upon request, to other EU countries.
(2) Shipping is carried out by a shipping service provider commissioned by us (e.g. DHL or DPD).
(3) Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and product; the applicable delivery time will be displayed during the ordering process.
(4) If an item is temporarily unavailable, you will be notified by email.
Right of withdrawal:
You have the right within 14 days to cancel this contract without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you received the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Nuckly GmbH, Puschkinstraße 18, 16816 Neuruppin, email: info@nuckly.de inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).
You can use the following sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.
Consequences of the revocation:
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you (including delivery costs, except for additional costs for delivery other than the standard delivery offered) without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received your cancellation notice.
For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.
The right of withdrawal exists not in contracts for the supply of goods,

(2) We shall only be liable for other damages in cases of intent or gross negligence.
(3) We accept no liability for damage caused by improper use or failure to observe the care instructions.
We process personal data exclusively for the purpose of processing your order and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

The goods remain our property until full payment is received.
(1) German law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
(2) Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain in effect.
(3) The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent legally permissible, Neuruppin (Germany).
